Terms & Conditions — db365 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the db365 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at db365.io and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered a db365 account and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the db365 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other gambling activity available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by db365 before processing withdrawal requests above the stated threshold.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of account on the db365 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using any part of the db365 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the db365 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and to all transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other payment method accepted by db365 from time to time.

2.3 db365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material, db365 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" apply equally to that person.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 To be eligible to register and use a db365 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through db365 or any associated responsible gaming scheme;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of db365 or any of its technology providers.

3.2 db365 employs active age verification measures. At the point of registration, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. db365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within 14 days of a request will result in Account suspension and return of uninvested deposits.

3.3 Any winnings generated by a Player who is found to be under 21 years of age at the time of play are void and will not be paid out. db365 will return the original deposit amount to the registered payment method.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the db365 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether using different names, different device identifiers, different mobile numbers, or different payment method registrations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date via your Account settings or by contacting db365 support.

4.3 db365 may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal request is approved, db365 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate;
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash registered name matching Account name).

db365 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days. Accounts under active KYC review may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your db365 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. db365 will treat all activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you, and you accept liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5.3 db365 will never ask you for your password by any means, including via email, SMS, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to come from db365 requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to db365 support immediately.

5.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify db365 support immediately by emailing support@db365.io. db365 will suspend the Account pending investigation and will not be liable for losses incurred prior to the date of such notification.

6 Deposits

6.1 All deposits to a db365 Account must be made in Bangladeshi Taka via an accepted payment method. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other method published on the db365 deposit page from time to time.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum single deposit; however, db365 reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits to accounts as part of its responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention procedures.

6.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, credited amounts will not exceed the value confirmed by the payment provider's records.

6.4 You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including bKash numbers registered to another person — will be declined, and any such funds received in error will be returned to the originating account, less any bank or wallet fees incurred in the return process.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance at any time via the db365 withdrawal interface, provided that your Account is in good standing and all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 per transaction. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding ৳500,000 must submit multiple requests or contact support to arrange a scheduled large-withdrawal process.

7.3 Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 1–6 hours, 365 days per year including Bangladeshi public holidays. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to that method's technical availability.

7.4 db365 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal where the cumulative withdrawal total from an Account exceeds a threshold determined by db365's compliance procedures.

7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds, with only the remaining real-money Balance being paid out.

7.6 db365 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct prohibited under Clause 11 of these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 db365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all db365 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless the offer explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the bonus terms, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire without substitution;
• db365 determines the percentage by which each game type contributes toward wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100% and live casino games typically contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms;
• db365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable prior notice;
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or collusion — forfeit all associated Bonus Funds and may have their Account suspended.

8.3 db365 reserves the right to retroactively void bonuses and associated winnings where a Player is found to have provided false information during registration or bonus claim.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Specific rules governing each type of wager — including cricket betting markets, live casino table rules, slot game mechanics, and special tournament markets — are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

9.2 All bets are accepted at db365's absolute discretion. db365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time, including after acceptance, where db365 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, based on insider information, or as part of a coordinated manipulation scheme.

9.3 In the event of a technical failure, system error, or data feed error that results in the display of incorrect odds or game outcomes, db365 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the original Account Balances. db365 will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.

9.4 Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and all other events listed on the Platform — are governed by the specific market rules published at the time the market is opened. In-play wagers are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment db365's system confirms the bet.

9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. db365 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time without prior notice.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 db365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up notifications at intervals of your choice to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the db365 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.2 If you believe that gambling is causing you or someone close to you financial, emotional, or social harm, please contact db365 support immediately at support@db365.io to discuss self-exclusion options. For further guidance, independent support resources are available in Bangladesh.

10.3 db365 will never encourage a player who has indicated a desire to stop gambling to continue playing. Any such request will be actioned promptly and treated with confidentiality.

11 Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Registering more than one Account per person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers without human intervention;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games;
• Systematically exploiting bonus structures through coordinated multi-account play or arbitrage techniques;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing db365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11.2 db365 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where such indicators are identified, db365 reserves the right to freeze the relevant Account and conduct an investigation before processing any pending transactions.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the db365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of db365 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the db365 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

12.3 Game titles and assets provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by db365 under licence.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from betting decisions, technical outages, payment delays, or the actions of third-party providers.

13.2 db365's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your db365 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13.3 db365 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party network failures, and events beyond db365's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. db365 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude db365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

14.1 db365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to db365 collecting and processing your personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and betting activity records — for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised communications.

14.3 db365 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and does not store payment credentials (bKash PINs, Nagad PINs, or bank passwords) on its servers. All payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party wallet or banking provider under their own security protocols.

14.4 db365 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 db365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material in nature, db365 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your available Balance before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform on or after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, formation, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which db365 operates.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and db365, you should first contact db365 support at support@db365.io and provide a clear written description of the issue. db365 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of receipt.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe stated in Clause 16.2, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution procedures as available under applicable law.

16.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.

16.5 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
